Welcome back everyone for the summer term. Many thanks for the feedback that you gave us through the parents’ survey before the Easter break. This is your ‘new look’ newsletter, which I will try to publish every fortnight.

The children were excited to explore the icy outdoor area this morning. We discovered ice on plants, trees, wood, concrete and over the drain.

This morning I introduced our new writing unit to the class. Wrens will be learning to write their own version of a familiar story, which is based on 'The Storm Whale' by Benji Davies.

This half term in natural science, we will be investigating some of the animals that live in and around our pond. We all had a go at Pond Dipping on Friday.
